At RohatSoft, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed your expectations. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued and our process for handling refund requests.

Our Commitment: We stand behind our work. If we fail to deliver on our promises, we'll make it right or provide a refund according to the terms below.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantees

30-Day Delivery Guarantee

If we fail to deliver your completed project within the agreed timeline (as stated in your project agreement) without valid reason:

  • We will work for free until delivery
  • OR you may request a full refund of all payments made

Valid reasons for delay include: client-caused delays (late content/feedback), approved scope changes, or force majeure events.

Quality & Functionality Guarantee

We guarantee that your project will:

  • Meet all agreed-upon specifications from the project agreement
  • Be free of major bugs and functional issues
  • Work correctly on all agreed platforms and devices

If we fail to meet these quality standards, we will fix all issues at no charge. If we cannot resolve the issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a partial or full refund.

90-Day ROI Guarantee (Select Services)

For business automation and web application projects where we promise specific ROI or savings:

  • If you don't achieve measurable ROI within 90 days of launch, we will work with you to optimize the system at no charge
  • If we still cannot demonstrate ROI after optimization efforts, you may request a refund of up to 50% of project cost

This guarantee requires: (1) System is actively used as intended, (2) You provide usage data and feedback, (3) ROI metrics were agreed upon in writing before project start.

2. Refund Eligibility by Project Stage

Before Work Begins

Refund: 100% refund

If you cancel before we start any work, you'll receive a full refund of your initial payment within 7 business days.

During Discovery & Design Phase (0-25% Complete)

Refund: 75% refund

If you're unhappy during the early planning stages, you can cancel and receive 75% of payments made. We retain 25% to cover time and resources invested.

During Development Phase (25-75% Complete)

Refund: Prorated refund

Refunds are based on work completed. For example, if the project is 50% complete, you'll receive a 50% refund of remaining payments.

We'll provide detailed documentation of completed work to ensure fair calculation.

After Delivery (75-100% Complete)

Refund: Case-by-case basis

Once the project is substantially complete and delivered, refunds are evaluated individually. However, our quality and ROI guarantees (see Section 1) still apply.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Third-Party Costs: Domain names, SSL certificates, hosting fees, third-party software licenses, or API subscription fees purchased on your behalf
  • Custom Integrations: Costs for integrations with external services that have been completed and are functioning
  • Training & Support: Already-delivered training sessions and support hours
  • Change of Mind: Refunds due solely to change in business direction or priorities (unless covered by our guarantees)

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're entitled to a refund, follow these steps:

Email us at refunds@rohatsoft.com or WhatsApp us with your refund request. Include your project details and reason for the refund.

Review & Discussion

We'll review your request within 2 business days. We may schedule a call to understand your concerns and explore solutions.

Resolution Attempt

Before issuing a refund, we'll attempt to resolve any issues. Many concerns can be addressed through revisions, additional support, or adjustments.

Refund Decision

If we cannot resolve your concerns, we'll approve an appropriate refund based on this policy within 5 business days.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Special Circumstances

Project Cancellation by RohatSoft

If we cancel your project for any reason (e.g., inability to deliver, team capacity issues), you will receive a full refund of all payments made, regardless of work completed.

Force Majeure

In cases of extreme circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, war, pandemics), we will work with you to either pause the project or provide a prorated refund based on work completed.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be more appropriate than a full refund. We'll always discuss options transparently and find a fair resolution.

6. Intellectual Property After Refund

If you receive a refund:

  • Full Refund: All intellectual property rights and code revert to RohatSoft. You must discontinue use of any deliverables.
  • Partial Refund: You retain rights to completed work that you've paid for. Unfinished components revert to RohatSoft.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, we're committed to finding a fair resolution:

  • We'll schedule a call with senior management to review your case
  • We may agree to third-party mediation
  • As a last resort, disputes will be resolved according to Indian law in Bangalore courts
