Year 2016. Our founder had spent years building complex systems for large enterprises. Banks. Insurance companies. E-commerce platforms serving millions.
Then came a conversation with a family friend running a small distribution business in Bangalore. He showed his "system" — 12 Excel files, 3 notebooks, and a part-time accountant who came twice a week.
